Who is this package for?
This is for clients who have a clear idea of the theme of the event and the suppliers and entertainment needed. It is a full planning, supplying, scheduling and coordination package.
It includes:
On-the-day coordinator
To oversee and manage deliveries and set ups
To manage vendors
To coordinate timings for a seamless event
Sourcing of a venue, if needed
Booking an unlimited number of services & entertainment for the event (as listed in Bandster Corporate Events or Bandster Private Parties)
Basic options of event styling, including but not limited to the below list:
Signage
Lighting
Table centerpieces
Balloon Decorations
Theme decorations
Furniture and tableware
And much more
Coordination, scheduling and handling of payments for all Bandster suppliers
Administrative costs & bank transfer fees towards payments to suppliers
Transportation expenses on the day of the event
Additional fees may apply. For events taking place in:
Paphos region | +€100 +vat
Polis Chrysochous region | +€200 +vat
For events that are taking place in 90 days or less, there will be a package-price increase of 15%
