This package is designed for couples who have already secured their date with a wedding venue but need help sourcing suppliers for wedding services and entertainment.
With this package you'll only pay the suppliers' fees. Our team will handle coordination, scheduling, and payments for all Bandster suppliers, free of charge.
You can book an unlimited number of wedding services and entertainment, as well as basic options of event styling including arches, aisle decorations, flower decorations, event furniture, lighting, table centerpieces, and much more.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Book unlimited event suppliers
Celebrants for symbolic ceremonies, floral decorations, catering, confectioners (wedding cake, party favours, candy table), bars/mixologists, cigar bars, shishas, photographers/videographers, bridal hair & make up artists, wedding favours items, audiovisual design & equipment hire (lights, dance floors, stages, screens, sound equipment and more), bride & groom transportation, guests transportation, marquees and tents & more.

It does NOT include:
Booking a venue
• The client is responsible for sourcing and booking a venue
Booking and confirming your wedding date with the Town Hall, including:
• Guidelines of the documents you need to submit to the Registrar's office ahead of time, sent to you via email
• Sending digital copies of your documents to the Registrar's office for their review
Any event scheduling
The client is responsible for providing:
• A detailed event schedule for the booked suppliers
• Clear instructions as to the event's location, unloading docks and pre-event timings for delivery, set ups and post-event dismantling
Any bespoke event styling
On the day coordinator
The client is responsible to accommodate and troubleshoot deliveries and set ups throughout the day of the event
• The client is responsible for accommodating supplier requests on the day
• The client is responsible for keeping their own timings and communicating them effectively with all the suppliers involved
