WHAT'S INCLUDED
All that's included in Package A, plus:
• Booking a venue
It does NOT include:
Booking and confirming your wedding date with the Town Hall, including:
• Guidelines of the documents you need to submit to the Registrar's office ahead of time, sent to you via email
• Sending digital copies of your documents to the Registrar's office for their review
Any event scheduling
The client is responsible for providing:
• A detailed event schedule for the booked suppliers
• Clear instructions as to the event's location, unloading docks and pre-event timings for delivery, set ups and post-event dismantling
Any bespoke event styling
On the day coordinator
The client is responsible to accommodate and troubleshoot deliveries and set ups throughout the day of the event
• The client is responsible for accommodating supplier requests on the day
• The client is responsible for keeping their own timings and communicating them effectively with all the suppliers involved
